Stock Options/Shares Held figures at any date other than 31st March have been reflected as the holding on the end date of the financial year in which
that date is falling. For e.g. Stock Options/Shares Held figures on 31st December 2019 shall reflect as Stock Options/Shares Held figures on 31st March 2020.

In case sitting fee is revised mid-year and neither the total amount paid as sitting fee to a particular director nor director-wise date-wise board meetings attended
has been specified, the total number of board meetings held during the year have been pro-rated on the basis of the date of revision of the sitting fee.

- Ratio to Median Remuneration has been captured from 2016-17 onwards.
- Professional Fee is available from FY 2016-17 onwards.
- Data for a company prior to its listing on NSE is not available.
- Data for Companies exclusively listed on BSE with market capitalization more than Rs. 1000 crore is available from 1st April 2019 onwards.
