THE ABOVE CRITERIA ARE BROADLY BASED ON THE GUIDANCE NOTE ON BOARD EVALUATION ISSUED BY THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA ON JANUARY 5, 2017.
