THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COMMITTEES WAS EVALUATED BY THE BOARD AFTER SEEKING IN-PUTS FROM THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS ON THE BASIS OF THE CRITERIA SUCH AS THE COMPOSITION OF COMMITTEES, EFFECTIVENESS OF COMMITTEE MEETINGS, ETC.
