THE NRC HAS DEFINED THE EVALUATION CRITERIA AND THE MECHANISM FOR CARRYING OUT THE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROCESS FOR THE BOARD, ITS COMMITTEES AND DIRECTORS. DURING THE YEAR, FEEDBACK WAS SOUGHT BY WAY OF STRUCTURED QUESTIONNAIRES AND EVALUATION WAS CARRIED OUT BASED ON VARIOUS CRITERIA AND THE RESPONSES RECEIVED FROM THE DIRECTORS.
